- Children, except infants under 1 year old, may require a separate bus seat ticket in line with Cyprus law and operational requirements.
- Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings during tours, transfers and activities.
6. Attendance, Pick-Up and Delays
Customers should arrive on time at the scheduled meeting point or pick-up point shown in the booking details.
- Customers are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early unless another time is clearly stated.
- We reserve the right to proceed with the service if a customer is late.
- Refunds are generally not provided for late arrival, failure to attend or no-show situations.
- Seat reservations on buses are generally not available in advance, except where required for accessibility or as otherwise stated.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms depend on the type of service booked. Deadlines are based on the local time of the activity or service.
Excursions, tours and activities
- Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity start time: full refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity start time: no refund.
- Changes requested within 24 hours of the activity start time are not guaranteed and may not be accepted.
- No-show bookings or missed departures are non-refundable.
Additional transport services such as coach hire, minibuses and taxi services
- Cancellation made 2 weeks in advance of the service start time: full refund.
- Cancellation made 1 week in advance of the service start time: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours before the service start time: 25% refund.
- No-show bookings or missed departures are non-refundable.
Weather or operational cancellation
- If an activity is cancelled due to adverse weather, customers will be offered a new date or a full refund.
- If an activity cannot proceed because the minimum required number of participants is not met, customers may be offered a new date, an alternative activity or a full refund.
Medical or exceptional situations
Any exception to the standard cancellation terms is handled at our discretion or according to the applicable supplier's terms. Where a medical issue is raised, supporting documentation may be requested.
Different cancellation rules may apply where a third-party supplier or booking platform sets separate cancellation terms. In those cases, the supplier-specific terms shown at booking stage will also apply.
8. Weather, Availability and Service Changes
We reserve the right to amend, reschedule, replace or cancel a service where reasonably necessary due to weather conditions, operational constraints, safety concerns, supplier issues, force majeure or other events outside our reasonable control.
- Routes, timings, stops, vehicles or inclusions may change where reasonably necessary.
- We will try to inform customers of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
- Where a service cannot be delivered and no suitable alternative is available, the customer may be offered rescheduling or refund in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
9. Liability
We aim to provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss, delay, inconvenience, injury, damage or expense caused by events outside our reasonable control or by third-party suppliers acting independently.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during tours, transport or activities.
- For third-party services, the relevant supplier remains responsible for the performance of its own service.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The content of this website is provided for general information and booking purposes. We may update, modify or remove content, product descriptions, pricing or availability information without prior notice.
